1 kg Bukhari dampukh (lamb), 2 pieces chicken seekh kabab, 4 pieces malai boti, 4 pieces chicken tikka boti, 4 pieces patta tikka, 2 kg polao. For 5–6 persons.
Afghani Mix Platter
5 seekh afghani beef tikka, 4 malai boti, 4 chicken boti, 2.2 kg rice, 4 chapli kabab (moti kabab), 5 seekh afghani kabab, 2 chicken seekh kebab, 2 beef seekh kabab, 1 full bukhari chicken, raita, salad, 2 roghni naan. Half for 2–3, full for 4–5 persons.
Chicken Lovers
